QUALITY MATERIALS
The choice of colours and materials used is linked to the territory. The goal of the “Ville di Cerza” complex has always been that of integration with pre-existing homes, creating a construction continuum: dry walling in lava stone, typical of the Catania area, while the silicate plastering allows the walls to breathe. Eaves and flashing are in copper, while thresholds, sills and archway intrados are in travertine; natural wood, instead, for the fixtures and shutters.
